“I was working for a wedding video company for a few years as an editor. It paid the bills, but it wasn’t creatively fulfilling, and after a while I felt like it wasn’t even teaching me anything, which was a problem because I like to learn. That led me to have an idea. I challenged myself to create 30 cinematic shots in 30 days, and then, to keep myself accountable, posted them on my TikTok. Apparently, people were really craving content like that, cause it blew up!
